Big Things Have Small Beginnings…

Whenever life gets you down, some may advise you to turn to friends, family, or adorable pictures of Kittens for support, but I say nay! Instead I give to you this gift of Ron Swanson Dancing. Enjoy

Yesterday marked the one month anniversary of Rorschach Reviews, and I’d say things aren’t looking too shabby.  Over 1,000 viewers from over 40 different countries, 33 fellow bloggers following me and over 90 comments and counting.  I really appreciate the positive response from everyone and am now ready to enter phase two of Operation Shout At The Abyss:  Kicking it into high gear on the site design.  Within the following weeks I will begin the transition to a static home page format with links to my latest reviews, my top movies of the year, box office stats, weekly polls and other assorted gold nuggets of movie related goodness.

Anyways, one of my favorite parts of starting this blog is the discovery of so many other like minded people.  I’ve found that in this online desert of idiotic Youtube commenters and lifeless trolls the Blogging community is a surprising Oasis of support and creativity, and I look forward to reaching out to more and more of you with each passing day.  In any case, I’d like to start recognizing some of my supporters out there in my Blogger of the Week feature, so let me know if you consider yourself worthy of that loftiest of titles and I’ll see if I can move you up the queue 🙂

About r361n4

I'm a student at the University of Washington Majoring Business. I've always loved movies and my goal is to work on the financial side of the film industry. Until then though, I figure I'll spare my friends from my opinions and shout them from a digital mountaintop for anyone who's interested. After all, if a tree falls in a forest and nobody blogs about it, does it really happen?

Nice work buddy. I started my blog one week before you so us rookies have to stick together! Look forward to plenty more posts from you. By the way, did you see I posted in your ‘about me’ section a week or so ago? Nominated you for an award 🙂

Keep it man. That’s great progress. Far more than I got in my first steps. Congrats.

Thanks all 🙂 Also at some point once I have the basic elements of th new layout in place I’m going to try to start a portion of the site as a sort of small scale rotten tomatoes for us part time bloggers. Would that be something you’d be interested in being included in?
